Shipping & Returns Policy
Shipping
Rival Nutrition offers FREE shipping on all qualified orders when you spend $150 or more (after discounts). Any order spending less than $150 (after discounts) will receive a shipping fee of $15.99. rivalnutrition.ca only ships to locations within Canada. We are unable to fulfill any orders to reshipment facilities. For U.S. orders please use our U.S. website at www.rivalnutrition.com. Orders for in-stock items received before 4:00 pm (CST) usually ship the same day that the order is received. All orders come from our U.S. warehouse and are crossing international borders between the U.S. and Canada and there can be a shipment delay due to customs clearance.
Box-Type Shipping
Our shipper, FedEx, cannot ship to any box-type addresses including PO/AP/FPO. Any orders placed with these addresses will not be accepted.
Return Policy
Rival Nutrition does not accept returns of any consumable product. Consumable items such as protein‑based powders and dietary supplements are not eligible for return and are non‑refundable.
Cancellations
If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. We cannot cancel any order that has already been shipped.
Exchanges
Rival Nutrition does not accept exchanges. If you received the wrong item, see our “Miss‑Picked Items” policy.
Miss‑Picked Items
We pick every Rival Nutrition order with care, but occasionally we get it wrong. When we error, we do everything in our power to make it right, including quickly shipping a replacement item and paying all return shipping fees for the incorrect or defective item. All return items must be unopened, unused, unwashed, unworn, or otherwise unaltered or undamaged.
If you were shipped the wrong item through Amazon, call Amazon at 1‑866‑216‑1072. Speak to an agent (not the automated system) to have your issue properly rectified.
Promo Items
All free promotional items are limited quantities and based on a first‑come, first‑serve basis for sales orders. All sales with promotional items are final. If you received any promotional items, we cannot offer a replacement or exchange.
Amazon & Third‑Party Retailers
We are unable to accept returns of purchases made from Amazon or third‑party retailers. Please review the return policy for Amazon or the store the product was purchased from. For Amazon orders, contact Amazon Customer Service at 1‑866‑216‑1072.
Damaged, Lost or Stolen Merchandise
We understand that merchandise can be damaged in transit. If your order was damaged during delivery, please contact Amazon within 24 hours of receiving it. Rival Nutrition is not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise—please contact Amazon with any concerns at 1‑866‑216‑1072.
Refund Processing
If eligible for a refund, please allow 5–7 business days for funds to post to your account. If an item is eligible for return, allow up to 4 weeks from when you provide the package to your shipper (5–10 business days in transit, 3–5 days for us to process, and 5–10 days for your bank).
